Description: "Maids" got up today and walked through the city, from Bosanska, through Tomislav and Marmontova, through Ilić Pass to Pjaca as part of the "Mediterranean Women's Festival" which promotes activism, women's rights, women's creativity and art.
The street performance "Maids Rise" was organized by the Association "Domine", which is celebrating 16 years of existence this year, and its walk attracted the interest of tourists and locals alike.

Croatian conceptual artist Siniša Labrović, currently based in Berlin, who uses his works to address the sore points of society, took this opportunity to remind us of the historical roots of European identity. He selected 22 iconic personalities that marked its historical, scientific, cultural and artistic, architectural, economic and sports life.

Requiem for Arsenal & Island

Description: With a clear allusion to the current business intentions of potential strategic investor Danko Končar to convert the coastal part of the Uljanik shipyard into a tourist, commercial and residential center, Pula performer and conceptual artist Pino Ivančić and his associate D.S. Dragon staged a performance of Requiem for Arsenal & Island by the PoPulA Symphony Orchestra just before noon yesterday.
In complete silence, with the presence of local media and RTL Television journalists and the astonishment of some tourists who drank on the sunny terraces of nearby cafes, Pino made small boats out of newsprint on three occasions, to be pushed, neutralized and outlined by a "strategic investor". his chalk dead body, to then add his property next to the ships.
